Ingredients
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 can (8oz) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans (17oz) yams
How To Make holiday yams

Step 1Drain peaches, reserve juice. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4c of juice, set aside.

Step 2In lg skillet heat remaining juice, brown sugar and cranberries, cinnamon and butter. When butter is melted add cornstarch mixture, Stir over medium heat untill thick.

Step 3Add yams, cover and cook 10 minutes. Stir in peaches and cook 5 more minutes.
