Ingredients
- 200 grams noodles
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium capsicum
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1/3 cup green scallions
How To Make hakka noodles veg

Step 1Heat enough water in a pan with one teaspoon oil and small pinch of salt.

Step 2Add the noodles and boil till 90% done. Drain and wash for 2 to 3 times to remove any excess starch from the noodles.

Step 3Spread them in a wide open utensil or working table to absorb any moisture.

Step 4Cut carrot, bell peppers and capsicum into julienne. Finely shredded the cabbage and slice the onion.

Step 5Heat oil and fry the chopped garlic and ginger till light brown. Add onion, carrot, capsicum, bell peppers and cabbage one of one.

Step 6Stir them for one to two minutes. Don't overcook them. Keep them crunchy.

Step 7Add the boiled noodles and mix well with the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and soya sauce.

Step 8Mix everything nicely. Top them with green scallions and serve.
