4 ears corn
Ingredients
- 4 - ears corn on the cob, husked and corn silk removed
- 1 tablespoon oil (olive, coconut, grape seed, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced (fresh only!)
- PASTE:
- 1 tablespoon white miso or garbanzo bean miso
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
- pinch salt
- pinch cracked black pepper ( which i added)
How To Make grilled corn w/tahini paste

Step 1Whisk together the paste and set aside.

Step 2Lightly steam the corn on the cob. I use a steamer basket in a large pan. Place cobs in the the steamer basket. Cover pan and bring to boil. Once water has come to the boil, turn off the burner, set the pot aside and keep covered.

Step 3Use a pastry brush and lightly oil the corn cobs. Grill corn until brown, crispy or blackened to your preference.

Step 4Serve the prepared corn with the wet paste mixture. Sprinkle with the minced fresh cilantro.
