- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 - sourdough sandwich rolls (each 6 inches long)
How To Make grilled breadsticks

Step 1Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.

Step 2Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.

Step 3Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.

Step 4Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
