How to Make Grilled Breadsticks
- Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
- Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.
- Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.
- Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
- Makes 8 pieces.
