How to Make Grilled Breadsticks


  1. Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
  2. Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.
  3. Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.
  4. Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
  5. Makes 8 pieces.
