Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 - sourdough sandwich rolls (each 6 inches long)

How To Make grilled breadsticks

  • Step 1
    Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
  • Step 2
    Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.
  • Step 3
    Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.
  • Step 4
    Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
  • Step 5
    Makes 8 pieces.
