Granny's Hominy

This is a childhood favorite, and it's such a quick & simple side dish.

2 can(s)
white hominy, drained
2 Tbsp
bacon drippings
black pepper


1Heat a skillet or saute pan with bacon drippings over medium heat. Add the drained hominy, stir to coat. Then generously sprinkle the black pepper over the top. I like alot, you adjust to your palate. Stir to prevent over browning, and pretty much just cook until really hot and color is lightly golden.
