- 2 cans white hominy, drained
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- - black pepper
How To Make granny's hominy

Step 1Heat a skillet or saute pan with bacon drippings over medium heat. Add the drained hominy, stir to coat. Then generously sprinkle the black pepper over the top. I like alot, you adjust to your palate. Stir to prevent over browning, and pretty much just cook until really hot and color is lightly golden.
