Grandma's Baked Beans

This is my Grandma's recipe. These magically disappear everywhere I have brought them. It has a "different" flavor than other baked beans recipes.

2 can(s)
(15 oz each) pork and beans
1 can(s)
tomato paste (the small can)
2/3 c
brown sugar
several slice
uncooked bacon


1Preheat oven to 375.
2In an oven safe bowl, mix both cans pork and beans, tomato paste, and brown sugar. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
3Lay strips of uncooked bacon over the top of the baked beans.
4Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes, or until the bacon on the top is cooked. Grandma used to always say that you know when the beans are ready because the bacon on top is cooked.
