  • - 1/4 cup butter
  • - 1/4 cup flour
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 2 - cups chicken broth
  • - finely chopped gizzards and liver
  • - 1 chopped hard boiled egg

How To Make giblet gravy

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in saucepan
  • Step 2
    Add flour and salt - Blend well
  • Step 3
    Add Chicken Broth, Gizzards and Liver
  • Step 4
    Add Chopped Boiled Egg
  • Step 5
    Cook until thickened - stirring constantly
