1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 - cups chicken broth
finely chopped gizzards and liver
1 chopped hard boiled egg

How to Make Giblet Gravy


  • 1Melt butter in saucepan
  • 2Add flour and salt - Blend well
  • 3Add Chicken Broth, Gizzards and Liver
  • 4Add Chopped Boiled Egg
  • 5Cook until thickened - stirring constantly
