    1/4 cup butter
  • ·
    1/4 cup flour
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ·
    2 - cups chicken broth
  • ·
    finely chopped gizzards and liver
  • ·
    1 chopped hard boiled egg

How to Make Giblet Gravy


  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add flour and salt - Blend well
  3. Add Chicken Broth, Gizzards and Liver
  4. Add Chopped Boiled Egg
  5. Cook until thickened - stirring constantly
