George's Sweet Potato Delight

Elsie Perrett

George, my housemate, does most of the cooking at our house. For Thanksgiving dinner, he created a sweet potato dish to die for. I don't have a picture yet, but a digital camera is at the top of my Christmans list and I will take a picture at Christmas and post it. George is a trained cook and former owner of a restaurant and catering business, which he sold after suffering a stroke.

Geoge doesn't measure, but has a good eye for amounts, so we wrote down his "eyeball" amounts of ingredients. Hope you like it.
