These are super easy to make and very good with BBQ and baked beans! :)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups un-cooked grits
  • 5 cups water
  • 4-6 - garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar, colby cheese
  • 4 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 cup half and half or heavy cream

How To Make garlic-cheese grits

  • Step 1
    Cook grits until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add butter & cream and stir.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until all cheese is melted.
  • Step 4
    Pour into a 9x13 greased casserole dish and bake at 350 until brown on top. Enjoy :)
