Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1 - egg yolk
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2-1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 - lemon wedges

How To Make fried crab cakes

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently.
  • Step 2
    Shape into 6 cakes.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil.
  • Step 4
    Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
