Ingredients

  • w can french fried onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash cayenne
  • 1 cup grated cheddar (use 1/2 swiss, 1/2 cheddar)
  • pastry shell, uncooked
  • paprika

How To Make french onion pie, ma

  • Step 1
    Line pie pan with pastry and bake 10 min at 425 degrees then put onion on crust add rest, cheese last. dash of paprika on top.
  • Step 2
    There was no time listed to cook rest of this pie, but you want to make sure that the eggs cook through, and I would personally put foil around the edges so the edges do not get overly browned or burnt.
