How to Make Foolproof Batter For Deep Fried Vegetables

Step-by-Step

  1. Frying temperature 350°.
  2. Mix flour and beer together in a covered container. refrigerate for 3-4 hours before using.
  3. Dip vegetables in batter. Deep fry in soybean oil.
  4. This coating can be used for coating any deep-fried vegetable like mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato slices, or onion rings. Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags.
  5. Serve piping hot.
