- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup beer (any brand)
- vegetables (see below)
- soy oil for deep frying
How To Make foolproof batter for deep fried vegetables

Step 1Frying temperature 350°.

Step 2Mix flour and beer together in a covered container. refrigerate for 3-4 hours before using.

Step 3Dip vegetables in batter. Deep fry in soybean oil.

Step 4This coating can be used for coating any deep-fried vegetable like mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato slices, or onion rings. Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags.

Step 5Serve piping hot.
