- 1 package heb meat
- 1 package bacon
- 1 stick cream cheese

Step 1marinate the meat 24 hours before cooking

Step 2Maintain a constant temp around 300/325 degrees. I usually have the meat on top of foil off to the side for 30-45 minutes and then place each piece over the coals to brown for a few minutes. Browning the meat is essential in creating the flavor of grilled chicken.

Step 3Once the chicken is done bring inside and let it set for 10-15 minutes to rest before slicing.

Step 4At this point we have Guacamole, cheese, sour cream, stir fried veggies ( bell peppers, onions, garlic) and Jalapenos for toppings. The sky is the limit!
