took my elegant eggs to a party and everyone raved about this recipe! many said this is what they will do with leftover eggs for Easter dinner.

Ingredients For elegant eggs

  • 8
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 8
    cooked prawns
  • 1 tsp
    old bay seasoning divided

How To Make elegant eggs

  • 1
    mix egg yokes with all ingredients except prawns and old bay seasoning.
  • 2
    fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture divided equally among the eight egg whites.
  • 3
    sprinkle prawns with the old bay seasoning in a small bowl. place seasoned prawns on top of eggs and sprinkle the remaining old bay seasoning over all the eggs.
