Ingredients

1 stick
melted margarine
1 box
jiffy corn muffin mix
1 large
egg
1 c
light sour cream
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn-drained
1 pinch
sugar

How to Make Easy Corn Souffle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. It's best to use a flatter pan to ensure cooking all the way through.
  • 3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Place in center of oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before dishing up.
