  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn-drained
  • 1 pinch sugar

How To Make easy corn souffle

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. It's best to use a flatter pan to ensure cooking all the way through.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Place in center of oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before dishing up. You'll make this diah on special occasions and for Sunday dinner...
