- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 can whole kernel corn-drained
- 1 pinch sugar

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. It's best to use a flatter pan to ensure cooking all the way through.

Step 3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Place in center of oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before dishing up. You'll make this diah on special occasions and for Sunday dinner...
