    garammasala (cloves,cardamon,cinnamon..)

    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make easy chicken fry


  1. take chicken legs add garlic ginger paste,all the dry ingredients .
  2. take a pan and add chicken legs then add oil and water till chicken legs soak the water till that time u should keep in high flame .when water is dried then keep in low flame and cook for 10-15 min.
  3. no need to do deep fry .
