  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste
  • taste - salt
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoon garammasala (cloves,cardamon,cinnamon..)
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make easy chicken fry

  • Step 1
    take chicken legs add garlic ginger paste,all the dry ingredients .
  • Step 2
    take a pan and add chicken legs then add oil and water till chicken legs soak the water till that time u should keep in high flame .when water is dried then keep in low flame and cook for 10-15 min.
  • Step 3
    no need to do deep fry .
