1 1/2 Tbspgarlic ginger paste
1 1/4 Tbspchilli powder
1/2 Tbspgarammasala (cloves,cardamon,cinnamon..)

How to Make easy chicken fry
- take chicken legs add garlic ginger paste,all the dry ingredients .
- take a pan and add chicken legs then add oil and water till chicken legs soak the water till that time u should keep in high flame .when water is dried then keep in low flame and cook for 10-15 min.
- no need to do deep fry .
