A must have side in our family for breakfast, lunch, dinner and as a snack. They served the purpose of a snack last night, request of my daughter. Enjoy! So easy!!

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded or whatever cheese you like
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make ~ easy cheesey, creamy grits ~

Step 1Over medium high heat, bring broth to a boil and whisk in the grits. Continue cooking and stirring for about 8 minutes, if they become too thick, just add more broth. Remove from heat and stir in the butter, salt, pepper and cheese.

Step 2Serve immediately.
