Ingredients
- 8 eggs, hard boiled
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- omelette seasoning
How To Make deviled (or dressed) eggs

Step 1Hard boil eggs for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 2Peel shells off of eggs, and slice each egg in half.

Step 3Remove yokes from each half. Place each half on egg tray or plate.

Step 4In small bowl, use fork to chop up egg yokes. Add mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth or desired consistency.

Step 5Spoon egg mixture into each half, and top with omelette seasoning or parsley flakes.

Step 6Refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
