Can't remember where I got this recipe, but I make it every year for our Super Bowl party and they always get raves and are one of the first things to go.

12 oz
hard boiled eggs
1/2 c
frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove liquid
1/4 c
1/4 c
real bacon pieces
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
1 Tbsp
2 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp

How to Make Deviled Eggs with Spinach and Bacon


  • 1Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Smash yolks in a bowl with a fork.
  • 2Combine the thoroughly mashed yolks with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill the whites evenly with the mixture.
  • 3Refrigerate until ready to serve.
