Can't remember where I got this recipe, but I make it every year for our Super Bowl party and they always get raves and are one of the first things to go.

12 (2 egg halves each)


  • 12 oz
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c
    frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove liquid
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    real bacon pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Deviled Eggs with Spinach and Bacon


  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Smash yolks in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Combine the thoroughly mashed yolks with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill the whites evenly with the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
