  • 6
    hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cooled
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    stone-ground mustard, or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • ·
    paprika for garnish (optional)

How to Make Curried Deviled Eggs


  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl; mash the yolks with a fork (or pulse in food processor).
  2. Stir the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, parsley, pickle relish, and pepper into the egg yolks until combined; spoon or pipe into the egg white halves.
  3. Garnish with paprika; chill before serving.
