Ingredients
- 6 - hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cooled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- - paprika for garnish (optional)
How To Make curried deviled eggs

Step 1Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl; mash the yolks with a fork (or pulse in food processor).

Step 2Stir the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, parsley, pickle relish, and pepper into the egg yolks until combined; spoon or pipe into the egg white halves.

Step 3Garnish with paprika; chill before serving.
