- 2 cans black beans
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 2 - garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
How To Make cuban black beans

Step 1Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft.

Step 2Add beans with remaining liquid.

Step 3Add dry spices and simmer 15-30 minutes.
