Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper
  • 2 - garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

How To Make cuban black beans

  • Step 1
    Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
  • Step 2
    Add beans with remaining liquid.
  • Step 3
    Add dry spices and simmer 15-30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add vinegar just before serving.
