  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 c
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp
    chopped crystalized ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground all spice

How to Make cranberry Sauce


  1. Combine sugar,honey,water and bourbon in large pot.Bring to boil,stirring to disvolve sugar
  2. Add cranberries and boil gently till skins pop.
  3. Remove from heat and add marmalade,ginger and allspice.
  4. Pour into dish or jar. Cool.
  5. It's allways better the next day. I hope you enjoy.
