this is another dish we have at Christmas eve w/ the Feast of The 7 Fishes .

Ingredients

1 package fake crab meat
1-2 package ritz type crackers crushed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon mrs dash - reg flavor
1/4 -1/2 cup melted buter or marg

How To Make crab cakes

Step 1

break fake crab meat into bite sz pieces in bowl ,set aside

Step 2

crush crackers into sm pieces , put in lg bowl . add Mrs Dash , egg, butter , mix all well , add crab meat and mix well again , shape into patties and put on sprayed baking sheet , bake 350 for 20 min , turn 1/2 way thru.
Step 3

remove from oven, put on serving plate and serve .
