corny potato fritters
Always looking for something for brunch, we call it that because my Hubby is a late riser get tired of the same old thing so when I seen the leftover potatoes I thought alright potato pancakes but Hubby don't really eat them well add cornmeal and he loved them.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup corn meal( i used yellow)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
How To Make corny potato fritters

Step 1Melt butter in large fry pan or iron skillet.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together. Spoon out dough into pan with melted butter I flattened them just a little.

Step 3cook till brown and crispy on both sides. Serve with warm maple syrup.
