This is so good! It does rise, so use a deep pan! Great with pork or ham. My family loves this so I always double the recipe and it's an easy one to double.

- 1 package jiffy corn bread mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
