How to Make Cornbread Dressing
- 1In a large bowl, crumble cornbread finely. Pour stock over the cornbread.
- 2Saute green onions and onion in butter for 5 minutes until onions are clear. Pour into cornbread mixture.
- 3Add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- 4Pour into large greased casserole dish.
- 5Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until center is firm.
