Ingredients
- 1 - 2 cup recipe of baked cornbread
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 - stalk celery, chopped about 2 cups
- - chicken or turkey broth as needed
- 1 tablespoon sage or poltery seasoning, adjust to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
- OPTIONAL
- 1 pound cooked sausage or
- 1 can oysters or fresh oysters
How To Make cornbread dressing

Step 1Bake cornbread the day before and crumble.

Step 2Add to cornbread onions and celery.

Step 3Add a cup at a time broth until wet enough for your taste.

Step 4Add seasonings and taste to adjust.

Step 5Place in greased pan and bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until brown.
