Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - milk
  • 12 ounces canned sweet corn

How To Make corn fritters

  • Step 1
    Use juice from corn and add enough milk to make 1/4 cup.
  • Step 2
    Pour into bowl and add all remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Drop by the spoonful into fryer or hot grease. Be sure to turn them so they don't burn, cook till golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Drain on paper towels, serve warm.
