Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - milk
- 12 ounces canned sweet corn
How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Use juice from corn and add enough milk to make 1/4 cup.

Step 2Pour into bowl and add all remaining ingredients, mix well.

Step 3Drop by the spoonful into fryer or hot grease. Be sure to turn them so they don't burn, cook till golden brown.

Step 4Drain on paper towels, serve warm.
