My family likes this corn casserole with anything. I usually make this when I make soup. I put in chopped jalapeno peppers for a kick. It's good with or without jalapenos.

Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernal corn, drained (15 1/4 oz.)
- 1 can creamed corn (14 3/4 oz.)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix corn muffin mix, both cans of corn, sour cream, melted butter and jalapenos (if desired). Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Let stand for 5 minutes to let cool. Serve.
