this recipe came from a cookbook called "women in law" it is a collection of recipes from women attorney's,parralegals,secretary's. this is one of my favorites,it is so simple but soo delish,every where i take this dish,i am asked for the recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow saffron rice,cooked 5ounce size
  • 2 cans mexican style corn
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 medium onion,finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • - shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients except cheese,put in casserole dish,top with cheese,bake about 30 min.or untill bubbly
