Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Step 1350 degree oven. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended; then pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

Step 3Bake 45 - 50 minutes, or until golden around the edges. NOTE: Since this corn bread pudding is sweeter and looser than traditional corn bread, an ice cream scoop to serve it works best. ENJOY!
