This is a little different from the traditional corn bread. This corn bread is rich and spoonable with a hint of sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

How To Make corn bread pudding - steph

  • Step 1
    350 degree oven. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended; then pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake 45 - 50 minutes, or until golden around the edges. NOTE: Since this corn bread pudding is sweeter and looser than traditional corn bread, an ice cream scoop to serve it works best. ENJOY!
