Ingredients
- 2 packages (12 oz. each) corn bread or corn muffin mix, baked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 - boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 cups - chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make corn bread dressing

Step 1In a 2-quart baking dish, heat celery, onion and butter 6 to 7 minutes on HIGH in microwave until celery and onions are tender, stirring twice. Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat, covered, approximately 30 minutes until heated through. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Step 3This makes enough to stuff a 9 to 12 pound bird.
