My family love these beans. They are so flavorful and are a great side dish to any mexican or spanish entree. They also go great with eggs in the morning with a stack of homemade flour tortillas!

Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans, cooked or
- 2 cups homemade pinto beans
- 2 - links of mexican chorizo
- dash of black pepper
How To Make chorizo refried beans

Step 1Remove chorizo from casing and put in pan. Cook chorizo until it looks a little fried. It will get a little darker in color. Add your beans, then mash until smooth. I use my potato masher for this. Cook beans until they look nice a creamy not runny. Do not add salt the chorizo has plenty.
