4-6green onions and tops
2 pkgchicken flavor ramen noodles, crushed
4 oztoasted slivered almonds
5 ozsalted roasted sunflower seeds
1/3 cdark vinegar
1/2 csalad oil
2 pkgflavor from ramen noodles
How to Make Chinese Coleslaw, original
- Mix cabbage and onions and set aside in large bowl with lid.
- Mix noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds and set aside.
- Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and chicken flavoring in a jar.
- Combine at least 1/2 hour before serving to soften noodles. Although we liked it better when combining longer than that...and it is even better day 2!
