Served this at a girls happy hour, my Mom gave me the recipe. Everyone wanted the recipe and most have made again and again. Super good, super easy. yes! 6 eggs, not a type-o! Served as an app/side dish, with a flavorful pork tenderloin and cooling Sour cream 'cukes.

Ingredients For chili rellenos - super ez

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    small can, evaporated milk
  • 2 can
    chopped chilis

How To Make chili rellenos - super ez

  • 1
    Beat eggs, add other ingredients, pour into greased 9 x 13 pan, bake 40min @ 350. Cut into squares. Serve.
