Served this at a girls happy hour, my Mom gave me the recipe. Everyone wanted the recipe and most have made again and again. Super good, super easy. yes! 6 eggs, not a type-o! Served as an app/side dish, with a flavorful pork tenderloin and cooling Sour cream 'cukes.

- 1 pound monterey jack cheese
- 1 pound cheddar cheese
- 1 can small can, evaporated milk
- 2 cans chopped chilis

Step 1Beat eggs, add other ingredients, pour into greased 9 x 13 pan, bake 40min @ 350. Cut into squares. Serve.
