This is yummy, I'm going to grill some chicken and slather this all over it! It's got a lovely thick consistency which makes it cling to the meat.

goat butter
1 small
onion minced
2 c
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
filtered water
1/4 c
apple juice
1/4 c
vegetarian worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 tsp
carob molasses
2 Tbsp
liquid organic honey
2 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
ground pablano peppers (or less if you dont' like it spicy)

How to Make Chef Jo's Sweet & Tangy Barbecue Sauce


  • 1In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat. Mince the onion and put it in the pot with the butter and cook until it's soft.
  • 2Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
  • 3Enjoy!
