Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- 1 cup polenta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded Havarti or Fontina
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 bunch sage, chopped
- butter, for serving
How To Make cheesy polenta

Step 1Add the milk and bay leaf to a large pot. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add a bunch of salt. Whisk in the polenta and cook for about 30 minutes until no longer grainy. You want it nice and smooth.

Step 2Remove the bay leaf and whisk in the cheeses and the sage. Serve with a pat of butter.
