Step-by-Step

  1. in a large skillet, brown ground meat and drain off any fat. reduce heat to medium low and add shredded potatoes. add salt and pepper to taste. cover skillet for about 2-3 min,to allow potatoes to cook. stir. cover for another 2-3 min. turn off heat and sprinkle on shredded cheese. replace cover and let cheese melt. serve.
