How to Make Cheesy Grits Casserole
- Butter a 9 X 13 baking dish.
- In a large pot bring water to a boil. Slowly sprinkle grits in water stirring constantly and return to boil, cooking over low heat until grits are tender and thick.
- Take pot off the heat and stir in butter and cheese and then add the beaten eggs.
- Bake in the oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated over nite. Just reheat in a 350 degree oven.
