This was very simple. My Mom made this to go with spagetti. There was 7 of us kids so she tried to make meals cheap and fun for us kids. But the biggest kid of all was my Dad. This was his favorite! When my Mom first made this he was more in love with it than us kids lol.

How To Make cheese toast

Step 1Place a few slices of bread on a cookie sheet and top each one with a slice of cheese.

Step 2Place the bread and cheese under the broiler. Cook till bubbly. Be careful to watch closely as these will burn quick.
