Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower broken into florets
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- milk
- salt and pepper
- chives for garnish
How To Make cauliflower and swiss mash

Step 1Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add some salt and cauliflower florets. Cook until the cauiliflower is soft about 8 minutes.

Step 2Drain add the cauliflower back to the pot and place over the heat for a few seconds to get it dry.

Step 3Mash the cauliflower with the cheese, butter and enough milk to make a mashed potato consistency. Garnish with chives.
