How to Make Caramelized Onions
- Heat olive oil (Grandma said melt, but it is already liquid...lol). Slice onion into hot oil. Crush garlic into pan. Saute on low (yes, low), stirring, until light brown and tender. Taste it. It will be sweet when caramelized.
