When I first started learning to cook, I remember my Grandma W making caramelized garlic and caramelized onion. I never knew how she did it, but it always tasted amazing! So I asked her when she started sharing recipes with me, and am glad to have both. The onion recipe is also posted in JAP.

How To Make caramelized garlic

1Brush cloves with olive oil. Grill 20 min, or bake at 250 degrees.

2Wrap in foil. Bake or grill another 10 min.
