4 cfresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 tspbaking soda
How to Make Candied Cranberries
- Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil until berries have come to the top.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Do not remove cover during cooking.
- After 15 minutes remove from heat and let cool.
- Do not lift cover until pan is comepletely cold.
- You can store in the frig. for several weeks.
