- fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 c
- 1 c
- 1/4 tsp
- baking soda
- 1/2 tsp
How to Make Candied Cranberries
- 1Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- 2Bring to a boil until berries have come to the top.
- 3Reduce heat to low.
- 4Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5Do not remove cover during cooking.
- 6After 15 minutes remove from heat and let cool.
- 7Do not lift cover until pan is comepletely cold.
- 8You can store in the frig. for several weeks.
