These are tasty beans! I would put these on the Sunday barbecue buffet in the restaurant, and they would disappear!

  • 2, 16 oz can(s)
    pork & beans, drained
  • 3/4 c
    good barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c
    raisins
  • 1/4 c
    splenda brown sugar blend
  • 4 strips
    uncooked bacon cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 small
    onion, small diced
  • 1 large
    granny smith apple small diced

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Quickie Barbecue Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
  3. transfer to a baking dish sprayed with Pam
  4. bake uncovered for 1 hour
