Ingredients

  • 1 large yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 heads broccolit cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmigiano regiano shredded
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli and parmesan puree

  • Step 1
    Add the potatoes and garlic to a pan of boiling salted water and boil until the potatoes are almost tender. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook about 4 minutes. Drain
  • Step 2
    Add the potato broccoli mixture to a food processor. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese. Process while adding cream through the shoot until desired consistency.
  • Step 3
    Taste and season with salt and Pepper
