1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery
10 cups bread cubes (1 large loaf)
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. poultry seasoning
2 cups hot milk

How to Make Bread Stuffing


  • 1Cook onion and celery with butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until the onion is soft, put in the bread.
  • 2Mix up the bread after all seasonings, onion and celery are in.
  • 3Pour the hot milk over the bread. Bake for 1 hour @350.
