I usually double or even triple the recipe for the large turkey at Thanksgiving.
This recipe is even better if you make it the day before.
How to Make Bread Stuffing
- In skillet, cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Remove from heat and add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Place the dry bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Add the onion mixture. Drizzel with enough broth or water to moisten, tossing lightly.
- Use to stuff 10 pound turkey.
