From Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I usually double or even triple the recipe for the large turkey at Thanksgiving. This recipe is even better if you make it the day before.

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 cups dry bread cubes
- 3/4 - 1 cups broth or water
How To Make bread stuffing

Step 1In skillet, cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Remove from heat and add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

Step 2Place the dry bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Add the onion mixture. Drizzel with enough broth or water to moisten, tossing lightly.

Step 3Use to stuff 10 pound turkey.
