One of my latchkey recipes, dictated by my mother via telephone when I came in from school and she was at work.

Ingredients
- 1 - hard bread (chalah) torn and soaked in water
- 1 - small frying pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 - onion
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
How To Make bread kugle

Step 1dice pepper, onion and celery and brown in oil

Step 2Save extra oil for use later.

Step 3Squeeze out bread and add browned veggie mixture.

Step 4Add 1 or 2 eggs according to size.

Step 5add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley garlic powder and rest of oil mixture.

Step 6bake in greased pan at 350 1 hour plus (until center is cooked and firm).
