Bread & Butter Pickles
2 cthin sliced cucumbers
1 mediumthin sliced onion
1/2 cwhite vinegar
1/2 tspmustard seed
1/4 tspcelery seed
How to Make Bread & Butter Pickles
- Mix all in a 2 quart microwaveable safe dish with cover.
- Cook on high for 7-10 minutes. Stir two times while cooking.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
- Will keep in refrigerator for weeks or freezer. I give as gifts during summer months. Great to put on burgers or just eat by themselves.
